Trans Express is a private Bulgarian company founded in 1991 as an international freight forwarder. It has currently offices in Sofia and Varna, two warehouse buildings with total area of 2 000 sq. m.

It includes development of green corridors for competitive and sustainable transport systems whereas the efficient and rational use of resources of different transport modes are the basis of utilization of Intermodal Terminal Sofia West.

Trans Express Ltd is certified under ISO 9001:2000 since 2006. The quality management system reflects our constant efforts to continually ameliorate and expand our services, to improve the satisfaction of our customers and partners, to ensure contemporary and modern working conditions, which do not endanger the health and safety of our employees.

In 2010, Trans Express was re-certified and successfully integrated the new quality management standard – ISO 9001:2008.

Professional recognition

On the occasion of the World Congress of FIATA, which took place on October 22, 2007 in Dubai, Dr. Ivan Petrov was elected Vice-President of FIATA, responsible for Southeast Europe. This appointment is also a strong international recognition of the notable position of Trans Express Ltd. on both the Bulgarian – and European – markets for freight forwarding, transport and logistics services.
