TransExpress signed Grant Agreement with European Climate and Environmental Executive Agency (CINEA) for Implementation of Multimodal Logistics Platform Sofia-West (rail-road terminal Voluyak) on 14.10.2022. The Project includes design and construction works for connecting and siding rail tracks, able to handle 740 m train length, multimodal and operational areas, related infrastructure, rail systems and equipment for intermodal loading units. All transport operators shall have an equal base access on a non-discriminatory principle. The project will contribute to meet EU climate neutrality and zero pollution targets by 2050.
