After held procurement procedure, TransExpress signed a contract with Event Design Ltd., as a sub-contractor for providing services for the implementation of Communication and Visibility Plan of the project. The service includes activities such as development of a communication plan; elaboration of video material and information page dedicated on the MLP; supply and installation of two billboards visible to the public during construction works. Under the contract there will be also organized two information events, including audience in the field such as stakeholders, infrastructure managers, operators, users, partners, local population etc.; together with press releases and presentations at public events, aiming to provide information on project progress and results, deliverables and indicators on the related Portal of projects funded by EU and other as per the Specific Rules, of the Grant Agreement. The contract is valid until 1 July 2025, when all the above-mentioned activities should be realized.
